Hello students,
The material today is Guest Handling. Have you received a guest in your home? Have you been a guest to someone's home? Of course I think. In receiving a guest we have to be polite, because we are moslems.
Here are some expressions in handling guest, are as follows:
- Welcome to our hotel.
- What can I do for you?
- Can I help you?
- Is there anything I can do?
- Whom do you want to meet?
- Have a seat, please.
